First Friday of the month, 4 pm, Church of St. Elizabeth

"That whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have eternal life." (John 3: 15)

"For thus says the Lord God: Look! I myself will search for my sheep and examine them. As a shepherd examines his flock while he himself is among his scattered sheep, so will I examine my sheep. I will deliver them from every place where they were scattered on the day of dark clouds. I myself will pasture my sheep; I myself will give them rest—oracle of the Lord GOD. 16The lost I will search out, the strays I will bring back, the injured I will bind up, and the sick I will heal; but the sleek and the strong I will destroy. I will shepherd them in judgment." (Ez 34, 11-12, 15-16)

Dear God Bless You!

In the beautiful month of June, when we particularly strongly hug God's Heart on the first Friday of the month, we are experiencing Feast of the Sacred Heart.

Welcome to the joint celebration that will begin with a Holy Mass at 4 pm at the St. Elizabeth Church. Let us open our ears and hearts to the voice of God the Father, who by the prophet Ezekiel, is made us promise - as a revealing His heart full of love for each of us, "I myself will pasture my sheep; I myself will give them rest—oracle of the Lord GOD. 16The lost I will search out, the strays I will bring back, the injured I will bind up, and the sick I will heal; but the sleek and the strong I will protect" (Ez 34,15-16). Let's sing along with the Psalmist that "the Lord is my shepherd; there is nothing I lack" (Ps 23,1-6). Let us feel the divine Love which is "poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us" (Rom 5,5). Let's sit together with those who follow the Master from Galilee, and hear the parable of the Good Shepherd, who still finds us when we get lost, and takes with great joy on His shoulders, to go home (Lk 15,3-7)

After such a personal encounter with Living Word and accepting Him into your heart kneel to adore God's heart hidden in the monstrance in the White Bread.

After adoration please be welcome to the Pallotines' Home Chapel where through the intercession of brothers and sisters of the community Effatha Good God gives His gifts to those who are weary and burdened.

From the heart we invite you all,

Effatha, Gdańsk, June 3rd 2016
